OSCAA SM2

The SM2 standard was published in 2010 [1] by the Office of State Commercial Cryptography Administration (OSCCA), which is managed by the State Cryptography Administration (SCA). This cryptographic standard is authorized to be used in China at all levels of encryption (core, ordinary and commercial)[2]. The standard recommends one 256-bit curve but doesn't specify the generation method or any security conditions imposed on the curve.
